Located on the ground floor, this 48 m² holiday rental offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Look forward to a cosy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a furnished terrace.

In the living area, the sofa invites you to relax on those typical North German rainy days. It also converts into a sleeper sofa, providing an additional sleeping option. In the open kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals together. For younger guests, a high chair, children’s cutlery, and a travel cot are provided.

The bedroom features a cosy double bed (160 x 200 cm). Blackout curtains ensure restful nights.

The modern bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. Please note that the bathroom is accessible only through the bedroom.

The patio door in the living room leads out to the furnished patio. End your day here with a glass of wine or relax on the garden loungers on sunny days.

A special highlight is the communal Finnish sauna in the garden. Here you can enjoy relaxing wellness moments and leave your everyday life behind. The sauna and garden are shared by the three apartments in the house.

A parking space is available in front of the property. Bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented can be stored safely in the garage. There’s also a power outlet there for charging e-bikes. Your furry friends are also welcome by arrangement.

The holiday rental is centrally located in Büsum, so numerous shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The Perlebucht family lagoon is about a 20-minute walk away.
