Newly built vacation home (150sqm) with luxury sauna and whirlpool

Our newly built holiday home, with 150 square metres of living space spread over two floors, can accommodate 1–8 people. The cosy living room, featuring a sofa, tiled stove, and flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and automatic coffee maker, leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday home features 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 room with two bunk beds. The spacious bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, large mirror, and towel warmer, rounds out the overall experience. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for doing your laundry. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. There are also 3 sofa beds (one in each bedroom and one in the living room), so up to 11 people can stay here upon request. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request. The visitor’s tax of 1.50 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night will be charged additionally on-site. Children and teenagers ages 10–15 and people with disabilities pay 0.75 EUR. Upon request, we also offer a bread roll service and a breakfast basket featuring local products. Payment is due in cash on site. A 50% advance payment may be charged after booking.
