The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Start a load of wash for of beach towels (only) if used. Rinse the cooler and leave it open in the laundry room. Rinse the black chairs as needed.

Set the thermostat: * Summer A/C: 75°F * Winter Heat: 55°F Take/throw away all food.

Ensure the side laundry-room door is locked. Return the side-door key to the hook in the laundry room. Exit through the front door and press "Yale" at top of lock to lock door. Please send a message

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The driveway fits 2–3 vehicles.If additional parking is needed, please use the Swim/Racquet Club parking lot. Do not block driveways or hydrants.

Ocean Pines quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

Please enjoy the grill/fire pit responsibly. Never leave unattended. Turn off the propane after using grill. Follow any local fire bans.
