The apartment features a spacious main bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, workspace, and tropical views, plus a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. Both offer generous storage space.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining area seats six, while the comfortable living room features handcrafted furnishings, a large LED TV, and Caribbean-inspired décor.

The spacious terrace includes outdoor dining for six, a lounge area, ceiling fans, sunset views, shade curtains, and insect-screening sheers for evening comfort. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided throughout.

Guests also enjoy access to the interconnected rooftop terraces of Bonita Hills, featuring lounges, dining areas, a bar, and a spectacular infinity pool overlooking Playa Bonita and Playa Cosón.

Important Information

• Secure payments are processed through Stripe using encrypted credit card technology.

• 25% of the reservation total is charged up to 30 days before arrival, with the balance due up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellation processing fees apply.

• A refundable US$250 security deposit is authorized upon arrival and released after inspection.

• Electricity is charged according to consumption based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out and is payable upon departure. 15 Dominican pesos per Kw/h

Check-in: 3:00 PM or later
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out must be approved in advance.

2. Maximum Occupancy
Only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation is allowed.
No additional visitors without prior approval.
Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the stay.

3. Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
No loud music or disturbances, especially during nighttime.

4. Parties & Events
Strictly no parties or events unless explicitly approved in writing.

5. Smoking
NO smoking inside the property.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.

6. Pets
Pets are NOT allowed.

7. Property Care
Please treat the property with respect.
Any damages must be reported immediately.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

8. Cleanliness
Before check-out, please:
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
Leave the property in reasonable condition.

9. Electricity Usage
Electricity is charged separately based on usage.
Please turn off AC, lights, and appliances when not in use.

10. Security & Safety
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.

11. Compliance
Failure to comply with these rules may result in:

-Cancellation without refund
-Loss of security deposit
