Enjoy the fully screened patio with a new outdoor kitchenette, 4K TV, lounge seating, and updated lighting—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Backing to a large tree-lined green space, the home offers exceptional privacy while being conveniently located near shopping, dining, and Wellington attractions.
Please note propane is not provided guests are to get an if they plan on using the grill.
There may be some leftover propane from previous guests that can be used until it runs out.
Early check in or late check out fee $20/Hr (If available)
