Consisting of two living units, each with two bedrooms, we can accommodate 8–10 people.
“The Main House” has 2 bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds for 4 people (1 x 180 cm, 2 x 90 cm)
Additionally, the sofa bed in the living room (main house) can be pulled out (Note: The room cannot be darkened!).
Both bathrooms feature a large walk-in rain shower and underfloor heating.
In the open-concept kitchen-living area, you can cook on a 4-burner induction stove. A dishwasher and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment are also available.
With just under 300 residents, Pretschen is a peaceful oasis in Brandenburg yet offers enough amenities to ensure holidaymakers feel at home: A bakery, a (highly recommended) restaurant, a playground, and the Demeter-certified organic farm with its small farm stand. There is also a riding club in town.
Surrounded by wide fields, horse paddocks, and woods, the Spreewaldhaus is located on the estate. Pretschen offers holidaymakers a small but excellent selection of amenities, including a newly built playground, an organic supermarket run by the Demeter Biolandgut Pretschen, a bakery, and an inn.
