Leider nicht so wie gewünscht.
Als wir das Objekt wie geplant um 16 Uhr betraten, fanden wir ein dreckiges Haus vor, welches nicht geputzt wurde. Nach Absprache mit der Vermieterin und 2h 30 min Verspätung wurde das Haus grob gereinigt. Die Fenster waren stark verschmutzt und mit Insekten stark behaftet. Im Garten fanden wir einen Pool vom Vormieter vor, welcher halbaufgeblasen und verschmutzt auf unserer Terrasse lag und nicht beseitigt wurde. Die Absprache mit der Vermieterin klappte ganz gut, jedoch wurde nicht wirklich versucht die Situation zu verbessern. Wir denken, dass unserer Fall einen Ausnahme sein kann, da die anderen Bewertungen ja keine großen Mängel aufweisen.

Schönes Schwedenhaus
Das Haus ist optimal für zwei Familien und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Garten ist groß und grün, die hohen Bäume im Garten sind toll. Von der Terrasse hat man Blick zum Bodden. Die Urlaubsorte Zingst und Prerow sind mit dem Auto in 45 Minuten zu erreichen. Nach Stralsund gelangt man in knapp 25 Minuten. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist soweit in Ordnung. Die Internetverbindung ist eher schlecht. Um die Zeit gab es extrem viele Mücken, so dass man den Garten nicht nutzen konnte.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Umgebung
Das Haus hat 2 voneinander unabhängige Wohnungen. Eine im EG und eine im OG. Sie sind vom Grundriss gleich, je mit einer offenen Küche mit großzügigem Wohn- Eßbereich, 2 Schlafzimmern und einem schönen Bad. Vom Balkon im OG kann man aufs Wasser schauen. Das Haus steht auf einem 2.000 qm großen Grundstück und ist komplett eingezäunt. Gut haben uns auch die Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern und Terrassentüren gefallen. Wir haben beide Wohnungen gemietet, da wir mit Kindern und Enkelkindern und 2 Hunden unterwegs waren. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Wittrien war super und unkompliziert. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und vermissen das Haus jetzt schon. Danke für die schöne Zeit

Idylle am Bodden
Wir nutzten das Schwedenhaus für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit zwei Familien. Das Haus war perfekt für uns Erwachsene und fünf Kinder (zwischen 2 und 10 Jahre alt) - der große Garten lud zum Toben und Spielen ein, kurze Spaziergänge waren auch sehr angenehm und die gute Küchenausstattung machte uns Kochen und Essen sehr einfach. In der ruhigen Lage konnten wir die Idylle am Bodden sehr genießen und auch die Nähe zu Stralsund und Zingst (Baden in der Ostsee) perfekt ausnutzen. Gerade für junge Familien unbedingt zu empfehlen!
