Thank you for the feedback. It is often not required for the keyholder to be present on check-in if it has been announced or agreed in advance. This would be indicated in the travel documents we send by email, it may sometimes end up in the spam folder of your email. We apologise for the cot not delivered on arrival, this was corrected the next day. As for the patio furniture, new plastic chairs have been placed there and we have informed the owner to trim or remove the grapes that causes mess on the patio. We hope that our efforts to improve can encourage you to give our services another chance.
