The Main Barndo + 9 Bungalow Package sleeps up to 44 people total and includes all 9 of our luxurious private Bungalows PLUS the massive Main Barndo all priced into one easy bookable package! The Main Barndo provides that perfect gathering space for Reunions, Retreats, Wedding Party stays or any Group get-together! This package allows your group to all be together under one roof yet still have some privacy within the individual Bungalows. The Main Barndo offers TONS of space & features including a Full Kitchen with cookware, 2nd butler kitchen with barware, 2 living rooms, 5 Smart TV's, 4-person eating island, 8-person dining table, 5-person TV bar, PLUS the Cool Upstairs Hayloft that offers fun Neon sign, a 2nd full Bathroom, 1 King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bed in the Loft/Office, 4 adorable Queen Bed Nooks & extra hang-out space! The Main Barndo now offers a main floor private king bedroom with it's own private bathroom taking the total sleeping capacity to 14 while the additional 9 Bungalows sleep up to 30 for a total package capacity of 44 people max at any time during group stays!

Complimentary Community features include resort style pool/hot tub, WiFi, large gas firepit, covered TV lounge/hangout area, propane Blackstone griddle, custom cornhole & other games, overflow parking options plus complimentary use of the guest laundry room (detergent & supplies provided). We do offer one accessible unit with dedicated van-accessible parking spot, wheelchair access, grab bars, ADA shower and other accessible interior features.

The Rentable Pool Lounge can be added on to this package for $300/day. (2 day minimum required) giving you even more community hang out space directly off the pool area.

Note: There is no sleeping allowed in the pool lounge.
