Inside, you'll find 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two private primary suites, and a loft area that provides additional space for relaxing, working remotely, or accommodating larger groups. The open-concept living room and kitchen create a welcoming gathering space where everyone can spend time together after a day at the beach. The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinetry, and a large breakfast bar ideal for meals and entertaining.
Outside, guests can enjoy a covered balcony, outdoor shower, garage storage area, and convenient parking. The home is located in the desirable Seabreeze II community, east of Highway 17 and within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean.
