Perfect Place to Stay in Berlin

This apartment is perfect. Very comfortable, quiet and a GREAT location. There is a grocery store a block away; the S1 train is 2 blocks away and this train will take you to all the sites in Berlin. Would highly recommend this accommodation for a holiday in Berlin.

Die Lage ist super, leider ist es daheim ziemlich laut (man hört die S-Bahn die ganze Nacht), Nachbarn im Treppenhaus sind auch laut und deutlich zu hören und der KĂŒhlschrank brummt leider recht laut. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser, was leider nicht behoben werden konnte wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes.

Excellent séjour dans l 'appartement d'Ania, nous avons séjourné à 4 : 2 enfants et 2 grands parents. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire. Procédure d'enregistrement impeccable. L'appartement est proche du UBahn et SBahn parfait pour visiter Berlin, un supermarché à coté pour les courses ; ouvert jusqu' à 22H!, dans un quartier trÚs tranquille. Petit resto pizzeria Café Aroma à cÎté trÚs sympa. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Merci Ania;

Great area!

Neighborhood was excellent and people were so friendly. Great access to transportation (S and U Baun/tram). It was a wonderful experience and I will likely do it again in the future.

Our host had excellent instructions for entry. We enjoyed the size of the apt. and all appliances worked except for an electric kettle. Good correspondance on resetting the breaker. We enjoyed our stay very much

Large, well located apartment

This was by far the largest apartment we stayed in during our trip to Europe. The kitchen was so well stocked that we cooked many meals there. The grocery store was just down the street and the train stations and bus routes provided easy access to the rest of the city and airport. The building was quiet and the host was very responsive and flexible.

Une aventure berlinoise superbe !

Berlin est une ville incroyable de par son architecture éclectique et son histoire profondément ancrée. Toutes nos visites furent trÚs faciles d'accÚs car l'appartement est idéalement situé ! De plus, il y a un supermarché à quelques mÚtres facilitant l'achat des repas du soir ! L'appartement est cosy et dans un quartier calme et agréable. Donnant sur une cours interieur, nous avons trÚs bien dormi. Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement si vous souhaiter découvrir Berlin !

Nice Refuge

This was the perfect place to get acclimated after the long flight from Los Angeles. Nearby both S-bahn and U-bahn, a wonderful döner place and a Rewe supermarket. Everything was comfortable in the flat.

Prettig verblijf met goede faciliteiten in de buurt

Prettig verblijf. Rustig en schoon appartement, goede verbinding met S-baan en U-baan en prettige supermarkt in de buurt. Mooie ruime slaapkamer en prima slaapbank in woonkamer. Prettige ruime badkamer. In de wijk mis je een beetje de levendigheid van Berlijn, maar wel heerlijk rustig en alles is goed bereikbaar.

GerÀumig und zentral gelegen

GerĂ€umige, vollstĂ€ndig eingerichtete und ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Super angebunden per ÖPNV und Mitte ist durchaus auch fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Wegen des Schnitts der Wohnung eher fĂŒr Paare oder Familien als fĂŒr Gruppen oder zwei Paare zu empfehlen. Problemlose Kommunikation mit Vermieter und einfache Abwicklung.

Bel appartement trĂšs spacieux et trĂšs bien placĂ© pour visiter Berlin. Rangements disponibles pour les vĂȘtements, trĂšs apprĂ©ciable pour un sĂ©jour de plusieurs jours. Pratiquement tout ce dont nous avons pu avoir besoin Ă©tait disponible dans l'appartement qui est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Bon appartement bien situĂ© dans un quartier calme mais la station de mĂ©tro/train est trĂšs prĂȘt et nous Ă©tions Ă  30 min max de tout ce que nous avons voulu visiter! Un commerce Ă  proximitĂ© IdĂ©al pour 2 personnes mais cela nous a trĂšs bien convenu Ă  4 mĂȘme si la literie du canapĂ© n'est pas trĂšs confortable mais cela passe pour un petit sĂ©jour. Gute Lage

Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre, sie ist etwas dunkel, dafĂŒr aber kĂŒhl. Das Schlafsofa, sowie das weitere sind sehr durchgesessen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, in der NĂ€he der S- und U-Bahnstation Yorkstrasse. Es gab ParkplĂ€tze vor der Wohnung, nur leider kostet das Parken dort 3 Euro pro Stunde. Leider war die Wohnung nur nue auf den ersten Blick sauber. E
