My husband Scott and I purchased this campground in September 2026 with grand plans to renovate it and make it a welcoming, family-friendly destination in the ANF!
Why they chose this property
This location is central to so many wonderful activities in the area: the Kinzua Bridge, the reservoir for fishing and boating, tons of hiking and biking trails like Rimrock and Jakes Rocks. It's a breathtaking area, perfect for camping!
What makes this property unique
Our campground currently has 45 full hookup RV sites and 20 cabins, some rustic and some with glamping amenities. It would be a perfect location for a family reunion, gathering, or retreat! We have a pool and are hoping to improve the laundry facilities and game room in the next year or two.
