The modern and stylish furnishings are perfectly complemented by the spectacular ocean view from your furnished balcony.
A parking space is reserved for your vehicle.
The apartment features a bright and inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a cosy double bed, and a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
During the summer season from May 15 to September 15, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach so you can enjoy the sun to the fullest.

Die Anlage selbst gehört zu den frühen Bausünden, die man von außen nicht gern betrachtet. Aus dieser Wohnung sieht man sie nicht/kaum. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer und dem großen Balkon auf die Ostsee ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist viel Stauraum vorhanden. Vom Schlafzimmer mit dem guten Doppelbett und dem großen Kleiderschrank hat man Zugang zum Balkon, der übers Eck verläuft. Der Blick aus dem Fenster geht zum Nebenhaus. Die kleine Pantry ist gut ausgestattet. Der lange Flur bietet viel Platz für Jacken und Schuhe. Das WLAN hat eine gute Geschwindigkeit, TV bietet wohl alles, was man braucht. Die Bose-Box bietet ordentlich Wumms, wenn nötig. Die Wohnung war sauber und warm. Der Service bei An- und Abreise sehr freundlich. Einen Punkt abgezogen bei der Lage. Die An- und abfahrenden Autos über die Uferstraße waren deutlich zu hören. In der Saison wäre das für mich störend. Außerhalb der Saison werde ich die Wohnung gern wieder mieten.

Ein traumhafter Ausblick - die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Man merkt ihr trotz toller Renovierung das Alter aber vor allem im Bad an. Sehr bequemes Bett und toller Balkon. Man muss es mögen in einem großen Wohnkomplex zu seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.
