Walk out into the gardens of Chastain Park from this furnished one bedroom apartment on the main level of this iconic modern Chastain Park home. This is a private mother-in-law suite with an exterior private entrance and one off-street parking space. Hang out on the large private deck with grill. The kitchen with wet bar is ideal for entertaining during the concert season and the location is perfect for active lifestyle travelers interested in horseback riding, golf, ALTA tennis, pickleball, swimming, baseball, soccer, and THE CHASTAIN fine dining restaurant are all a short walk. Access to the roof deck can be arranged. All Pets will be considered except cats due to owner allergy.

If there was a super host- Doug would be the one. Very nice apartment- very close to the amphitheater, park and pool. You can even walk down to The Chastain for coffee. I hope to stay here again soon!

I stayed at this property while in Atlanta on work assignment. The host (Doug) was amazing! The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. One of the highlights I enjoyed most was the Chastain Park which is right next door. If you love concerts and live shows this property is the place to stay. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future.
