Modern 3-room duplex holiday apartment for up to 6 people (with an extra bed in the living room for a 6th guest) in the idyllic village of Kirchdorf.
Open-concept kitchen-living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and access to the spacious, furnished terrace.
Two separate bedrooms with double beds and closet space.
Living room with TV and sofa (can be used as a sofa bed for 2 additional guests).
Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and hair dryer.
Separate toilet with sink.
Special highlight: The barrel sauna in the garden (use for a fee).
Free car parking and an e-bike charging station right next to the house.
4 bicycles (including a 24-inch children’s bike) and a handcart are available for free use at the house.
At this property, bed linens and towels are included per person and do not need to be booked separately!
Starting in April 2026, a charging station for electric cars (for a fee) will be available.

Sehr schöne FeWo mit bequemen Betten und vollständig ausgestatteter Küche. Große Terrasse und schöner Garten laden zum Entspannen ein. Sauna mit Außendusche machen einen guten Eindruck, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Eine zweite Toilette wäre gut bei potenziell sechs Gästen.

Für eine Ferienwohnung war vor allem die Küche auffallend gut bestückt. In der Küche konnte man kochen :-) Das Bad war sehr schön. Vielleicht in der Toilette noch ein Sichtschutz aus dem Dachfenster zur Nachbarschaft wäre gut. Einzig mit den Matratzen waren wir auf der Erwachsenenseite nicht ganz glücklich.

Ein sehr schöne, moderne und super eingerichtete Wohnung, in der wir mit unseren vier Kindern einen schönen Aufenthalt auf Poel verbracht haben. Zentral gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
