Ein sehr gepflegtes neuwertiges Haus, dazu eine sehr hochwertige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, in einer Randlage, jedoch ist der Ortskern von Westerland schnell und fussläufig zu erreichen.Ein Kompliment an die Damen und Herren des König-Teams, sie beherschen ihr business.

Die Bilder geben die Möblierung sehr gut wieder und vor allem dem Cleaning-Team von König ist ein großes Kompliment zu machen, das Haus war sehr sauber.
Worauf leider NICHT hingewiesen wird:
- Die Lage ist alles andere als ruhig: Eine Terrasse sowie das Hauptschlafzimmer gehen zur (insbesondere morgens) stark befahrenen Straße raus. Hinter der Straße mit weiteren Häusern befindet sich der Sylt Shuttle, sodass man auf der Terrasse sitzend die Durchsagen der Deutschen Bahn hören kann.
- Die Terrasse mit den Dining Möbeln hat Nordseite, was bedeutet, dass es nie Sonne auf dieser Terrasse gibt. Wir konnte diese Terrasse auch bei 22 Grad Außentemperatur und 8 Stunden Sonne täglich kaum nutzen, weil es im Schatten samt Wind schlicht zu kalt war - für uns war dies eine Einschränkung, weil wir das Haus gerade auch aufgrund des Gartens ausgewählt hatten.
Wenn man also gerne im Schatten sitzt und eine zentrale (und somit recht laute) Lage mag, ist dieses Haus perfekt. Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Urlaub, waren aber dennoch etwas enttäuscht.

Schöne Terrasse und Garten laden bei schönem Wetter zum Frühstücken im Freien ein.
