Adjacent to the living room is a large terrace/solarium and the 55m2 “L” shaped pool, the pool has a lower area designed to relax or where to play with the children. On the terrace you will have 6 sun loungers, a table and garden chairs, as well as access to the barbecue area. The pool lights up at night.



In addition to the main house, we find the guest house, a space without internet connection to be able to disconnect and reconnect with nature and enjoy the wonderful views. In this attached house you will enjoy a mini kitchen, a full bathroom and a bedroom with a “King Size” bed.



There is a large area to park cars of any size. In addition to a wonderful and large garden with lawn and a huge variety of plants and shrubs that are visited by numerous birds throughout the year, and thus be able to enjoy even more such a calm and relaxing environment.

Remember that the property is located in a rural area, so we strongly recommend that you rent a car to be able to move around with absolute freedom; Likewise, for reasons of health and the environment, they must deposit the garbage generated in a green point located 1Km from the property.
