It has five bedroom, four bathrooms, a fantastic swimming pool, picturesque gardens, and a great location on the outskirts of Santa Maria, walking distance from the local shops, bars and restaurants.
The finca, which is perfectly presented, has plenty of traditional features with rustic charm and includes a guest house, high wood beamed ceilings, bright rooms, fireplaces, and central heating, making it an ideal year-round holiday option for large families or groups.
Inside you will find a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a variety of seating areas including a cosy nook with its own fireplace, where you can curl up with a book. There is a kitchen with breakfast area, fully equipped with everything necessary for your stay, and a more formal dining area where you can enjoy an evening meal together.
The villa has 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This includes an independent guest house which could be used by those who want a little added privacy, and has its own living area, kitchenette, a fireplace and air conditioning.
