The Space:

Camelback Resort is your year-round basecamp for skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, and Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark, and Camelback Splash & Ski is a ski in/ski out, accesible right from the door step, home base for all the Poconos fun. Spread across three floors, and located in a community with a pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball, this cozy retreat is perfect for groups who want space to unwind after a full day of activities.



The main level centers around a wood-burning stove that sets the mood from the moment you walk in. The open layout flows to a wraparound deck, where you can grill, breathe in the mountain air, or just decompress under the trees. The fully equipped kitchen makes easy work of family meals, and this floor features a convenient half bath.



Three bedrooms sleep your whole crew comfortably, with two full bathrooms to keep the morning rush manageable if you’re heading out for first tracks. The lower level features two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and one with two full size beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, the spacious and light-filled loft offers a queen sized bed and another bath, with a standing shower.



As part of the HOA community, guests have access to a variety of amazing amenities. An indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna are great for relaxing after a long day of hiking or skiing, and the indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts are available for year round exercise and fun.



Ski right onto Camelback Resort from the door step where you will find 34 ski and snowboard trails, 42 snow tubing lanes, and both indoor and outdoor waterparks. The Mountain Adventure Park adds ziplines, a mountain coaster, UTV tours, treetop adventures, and mini golf when the snow melts.

The Neighborhood:

Tannersville sits at the heart of the Pocono Mountains, with Camelback Resort as its crown jewel. The mountain features 34 ski and snowboard trails, 42 snow tubing lanes, the Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark, and Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark all within minutes. In summer, the Mountain Adventure Park opens up with ziplines, a mountain coaster, treetop courses, scenic UTV tours, and mini golf. Beyond the resort, the Poconos offer incredible hiking and biking throughout Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and Big Pocono State Park — where summit trails reward you with panoramic ridge views stretching across three states — as well as kayaking and fishing on the Brodhead Creek, and the tranquil shores of Promised Land State Park. Getting Around:

Camelback Splash & Ski is less than 2 hours from New York City and 2 hours from Philadelphia. Guests can travel around by car as it is an area with limited public transportation. The main routes to access the town are Route 80 from NYC and Route 476 to Route 80 from Philadelphia.



In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.



Other Things to Note:

HOA Requirements:

- All guests and vehicles must be registered prior to arrival

- HOA Forms should be completed at least 48 hours prior to arrival

- Parking Permits must be collected for all registered vehicles

- Overflow parking is limited and not guaranteed



Access & Arrival Information:

- Guests will receive gate code via text prior to arrival

- The registration office is typically open until 5:30 PM and sometimes until 7:00 PM on Fridays

- Guest will sign the HOA rules, get a vehicle tag, gate code, and amenity passes.

- If the office is closed, guests can proceed directly to Gate B and check in with security

- Guests will scan a QR code and enter their gate code at the gate
