A man of the earth who wants to share this property and show others what is possible on a small piece of land. Currently I live in Southern California and I return every year to work the land and build, until I can stay and run the agrotourism bed&breakfast. This is a life project where I will incorporate my passions and interests. I am raising high quality food and produce that will heal the body and is in balance with the land. I'm an advocate for food and social issues and my gift to the world is the healing of the land via land stewardship and supplying healthy delicious food to guests. I want to share this unique property and community to the world.

Why they chose this property

I was sent to Cahuasqui in 2006 as a Peace Corps volunteer to work in sustainable agriculture with the community. I immediately felt the tranquility in this farming community and fell in love with it all. The traditions, the people, the Andes mountains, the flora and fauna. I had a vision that after my service to acquire a small piece of land and build a cabin and return to enjoy from time to time. What happened was much more. I was able to purchase my dream land with a view and started building in 2014 the first cabin.

It's been my life work and I am very fulfilled and honored to be a part of the community and a steward of the land. I look forward to creating much more and being able to offer great employment.

What makes this property unique

We have three beautiful custom built cabins, a yoga studio with a capacity of eight to ten people. A vibrant organic farm that is producing healthy food and eventually speciality coffee. We our located on the edges of the plateau and a leisurely 15 minute walk from the town's central park. We having two lovings dogs, along with two magical llamas, ducks, chickens, and so much more. The next big build will be a small farm-to-table restaurant.
