Cleaning Protocols: As THE professional management company in The Berkshires we take pride in our professional cleaning standards between guests. We pay above the living wage & 100% of your cleaning fee is paid directly to the individual cleaner responsible for your property.

• DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please include your pet in the booking so we know ahead of time. Max of 1 dog. No other types of animals are authorized.

There is space for parking 4 cars in the driveway.

Guests have access to the entire house and all the surrounding grounds.

We are local but prefer to communicate through the booking application.

The house is tucked into a quiet, wooded pocket of Stockbridge, MA, offering a peaceful Berkshire setting with easy access to outdoor recreation and local attractions. Surrounded by trees and natural beauty, the neighborhood feels private and serene, yet it’s just a short drive to hiking trails, ski areas, farm stands, and charming Berkshire towns. It’s an ideal spot for guests seeking tranquility, nature, and a true countryside escape without feeling remote.

Special note that Tanglewood is less than a 5 minutes drive and that guests get access to lake access via the private Stockbridge town beach !

Getting around is easiest by car, as Stockbridge is a quiet, rural Berkshire community. A personal vehicle allows guests to easily explore nearby hiking trails, ski areas, local restaurants, farm stands, and surrounding towns. Scenic drives are part of the experience, with beautiful country roads connecting you to the best of the Berkshires. Ride-share services are limited in this area, so we recommend planning to have a car for the most flexibility and convenience during your stay.
