Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung und ist wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut

Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung und ist wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es liegen auch bereit: Spüllappen, Trockentuch, Abwaschmittel und Spülmaschinentaps. Die Breite des Bettes im Schlafzimmer habe ich mit 1,6m gemessen. In der Ausschreibung steht 1,8m. Das eigene und verschließbare Abteil für Fahrräder oder Ski ist ebenerdig zu erreichen. Lage der Wohnung: Sankt Andreasberg ist ein alter und hoch gelegener Bergbauort. Es gibt deutlichen Leerstand und Geschäftsaufgaben. Von der Wohnung zum Kurhaus oder in die Ortsmitte sind auch auf kürzere Entfernungen ca. 75 Höhenmeter zurückzulegen (Steigungen bis zu 22%). Parken: Vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung sind es nur ca. 50 Meter. Preis/Leistung: Für die gebotene Leistung des Ortes und der Kurverwaltung empfinde ich die Kurtaxe als zu hoch bemessen. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass der Wäscheservice eingeschlossen ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Verwalter der Einheit. Er ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Falls er einen Anruf nicht sofort entgegennehmen kann, ruft er in kürzester Zeit zurück.

die Wohnung ist durchaus mit den Bildern vergleichbar 👍

Wir haben eine sehr gepflegte, sehr saubere und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden. Die Zimmer reichen völlig aus für zwei bis drei Personen und liegt in der ersten Etage (Treppe). Der Ort ist klein und überschaubar, bietet aber alles was man für den kurzurlaub braucht: Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäcker, Restaurants, und kleinere Geschäfte. Wer, wie wir, das Rentenalter erreicht hat, sollte jedoch die zahlreichen Steigungen von bis zu 18% nicht unterschätzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch wenn das Baumsterben den Harz etwas traurig erscheinen lässt.
