Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the porch, gathering with family after a day at the beach, or exploring all that St. Simons Island has to offer, The Lettie provides the perfect home base. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the beach, Red Fern Village, shops, restaurants, and island attractions, you'll have easy access to everything while still enjoying a peaceful neighborhood setting.

A car, golf cart, or bikes are the easiest way to get around. There are sidewalks on Old Demere Road so that you can easily and safely explore on foot or bike! We love to recommend High Tide Carts for renting a golf cart and are happy to coordinate delivery to the house prior to your arrival. Please message us to schedule this amenity.

Please Note: Guests must be 25 years or older to book. During GA/FL weekend (last weekend in October), the minimum booking age is 30 years old. No exceptions.
