Hofseitig durch Ladevorgänge des rückseitigen Supermarktes, werktäglich ab 5.00 Uhr früh Lärm.Das kleine 2 Bettzimmer ist lediglich mit einer Kommode ausgestattet, das dazugehörige Wannenbad ist in die Jahre gekommen- im Gegensatz zum sehr großen Doppelzimmer mit modernem Duschbad. Für Familien ist es geeignet aber wenn wie wir, 2 Paare reisen, musste das Los herhalten wer das viel schlechtere Zimmer belegen muss. Darauf sollte in der Beschreibung dringend hingewiesen werden. In dieser Konstellation würden wir nicht wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Appartment, einziges Manko - 3 steile Trpeen, die für Ältere, Personen mit Einschränkungen kaum zu bewältigrn sind

Altstadtnah und optimal für Ausflüge

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und modern. Sie liegt allerdings im 2. und 3. Stock und hat einige steile Treppenstufen. Wismar ist sehr schön und wir haben auch einige andere Orte besucht , z.B. die Insel Poel, Kühlungsborn und Warnemünde. Im Innenhof gab es zwei Parkplätze, vor dem Haus ist von 9:00-19:00 ein Parkschein erforderlich.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, an der Ausstattung im Küchenbereich fehlte es an nichts, Kommunikation mit dem Büro verlief einwandfrei, sehr nett. Zur Innenstand waren nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg.
