Swimming, fishing, sailing, surfing, rowing, motorboating, stand-up paddleboarding, building sandcastles, sunbathing, biking, or simply relaxing—these are just a few of the ways to enjoy a wonderful holiday in our newly built holiday home right by the lake.
You’ll find a modern, well-equipped holiday home on its own fenced-in garden lot with two terraces and a balcony offering a fantastic view of Lake Plau. Our garden, complete with a beach chair, invites you to relax, read, or just unwind. And for the barbecue enthusiasts among you, we’ve set up an outdoor kitchen with all the amenities you need to treat your family or friends. The house is laid out as follows: On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with twin beds (1.60 m × 2.00 m), a bathroom with a shower and double sinks, and a 36-square-meter living and dining area with a fireplace and an open kitchen from which you can look out onto the lake while cooking; all rooms feature radiant floor heating. The attic features a bedroom with two separate beds, a bedroom with a box-spring bed measuring 1.80 m × 2.00 m and a cot measuring 1.20 m × 0.60 m, a balcony with a fantastic view of Lake Plau, and a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms feature a modern smart TV; in the living area, we have a 55-inch OLED TV. Fiber-optic internet is available in all rooms, and the windows are equipped with exterior roller shades and fly screens. The beautiful, spacious country-style kitchen is fully equipped (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, blender, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, bread slicer, fridge-freezer combo, and much more). In the living-dining area, you’ll find a modern leather couch, a fireplace for cold days, and a large dining table. Our terrace off the living area features a cosy sofa nook, and the terrace next to the outdoor kitchen has a large dining set. There is one parking space on the property, and additional free parking is available nearby. For our younger guests, a full range of children’s amenities (high chair, children’s tableware, toys, books, stair gate, etc.) is available.
