Villa 'Olmo Tree' in Puerto de Santa María is ideal for a unique holiday with your loved ones. The property has 3 floors, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 8 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and 1 guest toilet, accommodating up to 12 people if staying as couples. Enjoy a private pool, garden, terraces, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and golf course.
Parking is available on the property and on the street. Pets are allowed on request for an extra fee.
This villa is exclusively for families and couples seeking peace and quiet. Bookings for bachelor or bachelorette parties, groups of young friends, or any kind of events are not accepted. Urbanización familiar is a family-oriented and traditional community: music is not allowed from 16:00 to 18:00 and at night until 23:30. Failure to comply may result in penalties, including intervention by security or police.
There is 24-hour security. Before key handover, you must complete check-in using the booking platform's form.
