Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 155 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the kitchen living with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Common room as intersecting room and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 8 chairs. Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living room with dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Umag, district Umag. The holiday home is located on a open plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a field or forest track (asphalted, length 6 m). Parking is available on the property.
