Four bedrooms featuring a king, queen, full, and a bunk with a full and twin bed, plus a full-size futon there’s room for everyone to relax. Two full bathrooms include shower amenities to stay clean and fresh. The living room invites guests to unwind on 2 large couches, a "bean" bag and a futon after a day of adventure. AC/Heater keeps the house comfortable year-round, making every stay enjoyable no matter what the temperature is outside. Whether you’re gathering with family, friends, or on business, this home provides a great place to create lasting memories.

We're from Salt Lake City, Utah and we moved here in 2015 after several deployments and other jobs, finally settling down and buying another home. We decided to try short term rentals and so far, we have enjoyed it.

Neighbors are friendly, respectful and mindful. It's a mix of different types of people from all over which we love.

What makes this property unique

Our home is close to the State Farm Stadium, where the Annual Fiesta Bowl is held and is home of the NFL's Arizona Cardinals. From the Super Bowl, to concerts of some of the biggest artists and musicians, to trade shows, monster truck events. There are great micro-brew pubs/restaurants, shopping malls, outlet malls, outdoors sports stores and theaters just a short drive in several directions.
