Das Sommerhus ist sehr hochwertig, gemĂŒtlich und wirklich umfassend ausgestattet. Das hatten wir so auch noch nicht. Die Lage ist wirklich ruhig und doch zentral, um zu Fuß zum Strand oder nach Bad zu kommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Auch solche kleinen Dinge, wie WC-Reiniger, Handseife oder SpĂŒlmittel waren da. Jedoch solten manche Dinge vorab bekannt sein: 1. Im Haupschlafzimmer (und im DG) gibt es keinen klassischen Kleiderschrank, sondern (Einbau)Kommoden. Nur an der Hakenleiste hinter der TĂŒr kann man lange KleidungsstĂŒcke aufhĂ€ngen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im 1. OG hat einen Schrank. 2. Das Doppelbett im DG ist nur vom Fußteil aus zugĂ€nglich, da die DachschrĂ€gen zu nah am Bett verlaufen. 3. Die Parkplatzsituation ist nur fĂŒr versierte Autofahrer geeignet und wahrscheinlich auch nur fĂŒr bestimmte Automodelle. Am Haus gibt es zwei StellplĂ€tze (DH-Nachbar Sommerhus) direkt nebeneinander mit einem schmalen Mittelstreifen zum Aussteigen. Jeder Parkplatz wird auf der anderen Seite durch den Zaun oder die MĂŒlltonnenanlage fest begrenzt. Ein alternativer Parkplatz ist in dieser 30er Zone wahrscheinlich schwer zu finden. 4. Alle Fenster und TĂŒren sind mit SicherheitsbeschlĂ€gen versehen, d.h. öffenen und schließen nur mit gleichzeitigem DrĂŒcken des Entriegelungsknopfes auf dem Griff und Drehen des Griffes möglich. Erfordert evtl. mehr Kraft und hĂ€ndische Koordination. Wir hĂ€tten uns noch einen Sichtschutz fĂŒr die HaustĂŒre gewĂŒnscht, da man hier (auch nachts bei Licht) direkt vorbei geht, um ĂŒber die Treppe nach oben zu gelangen.
