Welcome to “The Cottage” your home away from home. This lovely home features an open concept kitchen and family room. Quartz counters and kitchen island. Well appointed kitchen to meet all your needs. Single pod coffee maker, microwave and air fryer provided. Three bedrooms, including two queen beds and one full bed. Full bathroom and washer and dryer for convenience. Fire pit for your evening enjoyment. The Cottage stays comfortable year-round with central heating and AC, making it easy to unwind no matter the season. Extra window AC unit in bedroom 3 for your extreme cooling pleasure. Currently no WI-FI here. Excellent cellular service to create your own personal wi-fi hotspot on your cell phone. Smart tvs in family room and in 2 of the bedrooms. Also, DVD player in family room for simple movie play. If you are bringing your boat, room for boat parking parallel to street with no tricky parking necessary. Short walk down Haney road to the lake for swimming or fishing. Feel the tranquil vibe that makes this place truly special. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Nolin lake and The Cottage has to offer. Only 3 miles (7 minute drive) to Wax Marina, Buoys restaurant, Dollar General and Days Pro shop.
