The property is situated in a lively area, in a residential district, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. Available for shared use are: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Krk. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives in the house. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. - Charging station for electric vehicles (subject to a fee): €25 per charge.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, saltwater, heatable, 4 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep). The heated pool is available seasonally from 01.05. to 01.10. and the use of our swimming pool is at your own risk.
