30 day minimum stay, THIS IS A FURNISHED RENTAL professionally managed by BonVoyageAZ. Rents, fees and deposits may adjust according to length of stay, time of year, events etc.
Negotiable depending on the length of the lease, the amount of rent, and the time of year. The minimum price would be $22,000 per month (for the low season), but this depends on the term of the lease and the season. We are hoping for a minimum 3-month lease.
A privately gated Andalusian villa inside the Omni Scottsdale Resort at MonteLucia, in the heart of Paradise Valley. Two stories, four en-suite bedrooms, and a separate casita opening to a private courtyard. A 24-hour guarded entrance, walking paths through citrus and fountains, and Camelback Mountain holding the horizon. This is the long-stay villa for guests who measure a visit in weeks or seasons rather than nights.
The villa is curated, not staged. It does not read as a rental — it reads as the home of someone who travels, and who pays attention to a room. The dishware matches. The linens are real linen. The wine in the casita is poured into glass, not plastic. The small things have been thought about so the guest doesn’t have to.
THE GREAT ROOM The room runs the long axis of the villa, with tall casement windows opening to the courtyard on one side and to the garden on the other. A cast-stone gas fireplace anchors the room, and the seating is arranged for conversation rather than for the television. Off the great room, a separate saltillo-tile sitting room — smaller, quieter, sun-warmed in the afternoon — is the right place for a book or a phone call you do not want to take in the middle of the house.
THE KITCHEN Built for cooking, not for show. A limestone island seats five. A Viking range, a farmhouse sink, a butler’s pantry with stemware behind glass, and a deep walk-in pantry sized for what a long-stay guest actually brings home from the farmers market. A breakfast counter looks into the courtyard. The kitchen is the room a thirty-night guest spends the most unhurried time in, and it has been finished accordingly.
THE BEDROOMS Four en-suite bedrooms. The primary suite is on the ground floor — a king bed, a beamed ceiling, and a marble soaking tub set in a window niche framed by garden green. The bath is its own room, with a separate shower and a vanity that does not feel borrowed. The remaining three en-suite bedrooms sit on the second floor. One of them has its own private exterior entrance — accessible without crossing the rest of the villa — and a private upper terrace looking across the tile rooftops. It is the right room for a guest who needs their own front door: a visiting executive, an adult child, a houseguest staying through the holidays. The villa lives as one house when you want it to, and as two when you do not.
THE CASITA A separate first-floor casita opens directly to the private courtyard. Inside: a seating area, a wine bar, and a full en-suite bath. Used as designed, it is the villa’s entertaining room — the place to pour a Tempranillo before dinner, host a small gathering, or take an evening to yourself. Because the casita opens to the courtyard, an evening can spill outside into the garden and back in again without anyone moving more than a few steps.
THE COURTYARD AND TERRACES A private walled courtyard runs the length of the villa, with citrus, bougainvillea, and the quiet sound of a fountain. The great room opens onto it from one side; the casita from the other. Above, the upstairs terrace catches the morning sun. The courtyard is the villa’s outdoor room — used for first coffee, for an afternoon call taken outside, for a long dinner that ends well past sunset and a glass of wine before walking back to the resort for dessert.
THE POOL A heated pool reserved exclusively for villa guests sits a few steps from the door — the kind of pool you swim before breakfast or sit beside in the late afternoon without sharing it with anyone. Beyond the villa’s gate, guests also have full access to the resort pools, the fitness center, and the other Omni MonteLucia amenities. Two waters to choose from, both heated, both yours for the length of the stay.
THE RESORT, JUST OUTSIDE THE DOOR The Omni Scottsdale Resort at MonteLucia is a fifty-acre Andalusian resort organized around fountains, citrus trees, and quiet courtyards. The villa sits inside the resort’s gated residential enclave — a 24-hour guarded entrance, walking paths, and resort services a few minutes from the front step. Joya Spa is twelve minutes away. Prado restaurant and the resort pools sit under Camelback Mountain. The Echo Canyon trailhead is a five-minute drive. Old Town Scottsdale, fifteen. The Biltmore, fifteen south. Sky Harbor, twenty. The resort is there to be used freely or ignored entirely, at the guest’s preference.
THE STAY Designed for stays of a month or a season. The minimum is 30 nights. The right villa for an executive on a long assignment, an affluent snowbird taking the winter, or a family wanting the resort behind them and a curated home in front of them. We do not do weekend rentals — every stay here is long enough that the villa becomes, briefly, the guest’s house.
