Please note that the maximum capacity is 12 adults and 8 children.



*BBQ and OUTDOOR FURNITURE*

The barbecue and outdoor furniture are not accessible from mid-October to April.



*WINTER TIRE*

In winter, all car models can easily access the property provided they are equipped with winter tires. Remember that everywhere in Quebec, it is mandatory to have winter tires on your vehicle from December 1st to March 15th. Make sure you are in compliance for a safe trip!



*SECURITY DEPOSIT/DAMAGE WAIVER*

As part of our standard pre-arrival process, guests are required to complete either a damage waiver or provide a security deposit prior to check-in. This requirement is intended to cover any accidental damage that may occur during the stay and helps protect both guests and property owners.
