The lower level of the Timberline Collection is designed to flex for groups who need room to move, and prefer to stay grounded in the heart of TC while doing it. Lower floor tends to run a touch quieter too, which groups often appreciate as the evening winds on.

This listing combines all three lower-floor units of the Timberline Collection:

Cypress, 2 Bed / 1 Bath | King + 2 Queens | Ground-level patio off Eighth Street | Sleeps 6

Each unit is fully self-contained with its own bathroom and private entrance. The Cypress unit's patio off Eighth Street gives the group a front-facing outdoor hangout spot, in addition to the shared communal area available to all guests.

OUTDOOR + COMMUNAL SPACES

All guests have access to the Timberline Collection's shared communal area, seating, a picnic table, a new grill, and a large umbrella. Cypress also comes with its own private patio facing Eighth Street, giving this floor two distinct outdoor options.

An older TC building given new life, remodeled with genuine care, well-maintained, and designed with a consistent tree theme across every unit. Economy upscale: honest about what it is and priced accordingly.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Lower-level access, steps from the TART Trail and walkable to The Filling Station, Raduno, and the rest of the neighborhood's strong restaurant and bar scene. A nightclub operates behind the building in the evenings. Lower-floor units are naturally more buffered; every room has a sound machine. We want you to know so you can plan around it, most groups don't find it a problem.
