Look forward to a high-quality, comfortably furnished, non-smoking, and allergy-friendly holiday home in a prime, quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac near the historic water tower in Norden. With its spacious layout, the house accommodates up to 6 people and, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private sauna, is ideal for families and friends.

Comfort on Two Floors

On the fully tiled ground floor, underfloor heating—with the exception of the bedroom—ensures pleasant warmth. Here you’ll find the spacious, open-concept living and dining area, as well as a cosy bedroom with a double bed and TV.

After an eventful day, make yourself comfortable in front of the wood-burning stove or enjoy a relaxing evening watching TV on the large smart TV with a Blu-ray player. A stereo system with a CD player, DVB-T radio, and Bluetooth provides the perfect musical accompaniment.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: dishwasher, microwave, oven, large refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker and coffee pad machine, as well as a toaster, blender, egg cooker, electric kettle, and much more.

You won’t have to go without anything in your daily life either: a washing machine and dryer on the upper floor, as well as an iron and ironing board, are of course at your disposal.

A special highlight awaits you on the ground floor: the comfortable sauna area with a large sauna, whose loungers offer ample space even for tall guests—up to 2 metres in height. A Bluetooth radio lets you listen to your favourite relaxing music. The walk-in shower, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer round out the comfortable wellness area.

Two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom

On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and its own smart TV, the other with two single beds. The high-quality vinyl/design flooring creates a cosy and modern atmosphere here.

The second shower room is also equipped with underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.

A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge for our younger guests.

All three bedrooms have exterior shutters and fly screens. All bedrooms are equipped with hypoallergenic, washable duvets and pillows.

Private garden and spacious terrace

The private garden and the large, beautifully furnished terrace with a large awning invite you to spend your holiday days relaxing outdoors.

A large table and chairs with cushions are available for up to 6 people. Two lounge chairs and a Weber grill make the terrace the perfect spot for cosy moments.

And if it gets a little windy, the XXL beach chair offers a sheltered spot in the sun—ideal for simply letting your mind wander.

Wi-Fi and storage shed

We provide you with a free fiber-optic connection with speeds of up to 150 Mbit/s. Please note that we cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or actual speeds.

You can safely store your own bicycles in the separate storage shed. A power outlet for charging is available for e-bikes.

Bread roll delivery and laundry service available upon request

For a relaxed start to your day, we offer a daily regional bread roll delivery service upon request. You’ll receive information and prices with your booking confirmation.

You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be arranged during the booking process or at any time afterwards for a fee.

The North Sea right on your doorstep

Your holiday home is located in Norden, one of the oldest towns in East Frisia, and combines peaceful living with an excellent base for your North Sea holiday.

The nearby town of Norddeich, with its sandy beach, seal sanctuary, and ferry connections to the East Frisian islands of Norderney and Juist, is within easy reach. Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are also conveniently nearby.

Whether it’s long bike rides through the East Frisian countryside, a walk by the sea, a mudflat hike, or simply relaxing in a beach chair—here you can enjoy your holiday exactly as you’d like.
