Only 20 minutes from historic Berea Ky. Minutes from the famous Frostyette restaurant in Sand Gap and close to a dollar general and multiple gas stations. With three cozy bedrooms, including two queen and one full bed. Sleep 6 comfortably and find plenty of space to relax in the open lay out of the home.

Enjoy the updated kitchen and comfortable living room with tv and wifi. The updated and spacious bathroom with double sinks is perfect for couples getting cleaned up before or after adventure. There is an extra toilet in the laundry room when you need some privacy! Fresh linens and basic necessities make for a comfortable and convenient stay.

An outside grill gives more options for cooking and entertaining. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet moments inside, the comfortable atmosphere makes it easy to feel at home. Enjoy your time at our charming house. House was very clean, great parking, nice landscape. Very close to convenient stores and hiking trails while still being outside the city. Beautiful views on the drive to the property. Nick is an excellent host with great communication!!
