With a total area of just over 90 square metres, the ground floor (55 square metres) of the holiday home features an entryway, a lovingly designed living/dining area with a kitchen, a separate bathroom, a storage room, and a south-facing terrace. In the attic (35 square metres), you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, a tastefully decorated bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a hallway. Both bedrooms and the bathroom feature not only windows in the gables of the house but also gable dormers, resulting in exceptional natural light and spaciousness in these rooms.

The open living/dining area is meant to be your special little spot“ where you can find your inner peace. Seek out and discover your personal balance while relaxing on our comfortable sofa or in one of the two armchairs right in front of our cosy, warm fireplace (initial supply of firewood provided). Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered for digital entertainment with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. The open L-shaped built-in kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: dishes and cutlery, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a ceramic cooktop with a convection oven, and a microwave are all at your disposal. All you have to do is the shopping and cooking! The cosy bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed, two nightstands, and a chest of drawers. You can use the walk-in closet to store your luggage. Both bedrooms feature a smart TV. On the ground floor, you’ll find a separate bathroom with a sink, and in the attic, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Both rooms were completely renovated in 2022 and now feature a fresh new design. Our holiday home features a south-facing terrace. A garden table with matching chairs, two lounge chairs, and a large umbrella invite you to relax. An outdoor hot tub with a water temperature of 35 degrees is available for your use year-round in the garden. Fancy a barbecue? Our charcoal grill is ready for your culinary creations! By the way, you’re welcome to store your bicycles and golf equipment in the lockable shed. You can park your vehicles in the private parking spaces right next to the house on the property, which is fully fenced. A washer-dryer, ironing board, iron, and cleaning supplies are available for your exclusive use free of charge in the storage room on the ground floor.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
