Gruppenhaus Leinleitertal

The Leinleitertal Group House is located in Franconian Switzerland, in a quiet and idyllic setting on the edge of the forest with a fantastic view over Heiligenstadt into the Leinleiter Valley.

It offers an ideal starting point for many recreational activities in the surrounding area. The group house is suitable for group stays, school and youth camps, class trips, hiking groups, sports groups, and clubs of up to 52 people. For smaller travel groups, our mountain bungalows—located below the youth centre—can also be booked upon request, accommodating up to 6 people per bungalow.

Towels and bed linens can be booked per person for an additional fee.

On the approximately 7,000 m² grounds of the holiday complex, there is also a playground and a barbecue area, as well as a campfire site and a small petting zoo, all located at a reasonable distance from the residential buildings.



Leinleitertal Group House:

The 600 m² Leinleitertal Group House is perfect for group stays, school and youth camps, field trips, hiking groups, sports groups, and clubs of up to 54 people.


The basement features a group room of approximately 35 square metres and a seminar or dining room of approximately 100 square metres (which can be divided into 60 square metres and 40 square metres), a kitchen, a multipurpose room, and separate bathrooms. On the ground floor are 2 x 8-bed rooms, 1 x 4-bed room, 3 x 2-bed rooms with separate bath/shower, 2 separate communal shower areas with a bathroom, and a shoe room. The upper floor features 2 x 8-bed rooms, 1 x 4-bed room, 1 x 4-bed room with a separate bathroom/shower, 1 x 2-bed room with a separate bathroom/shower, 2 separate communal showers, and a bathroom.

Since this is a self-catering house, you are responsible for purchasing and preparing your own meals.
Hand towels, bath towels, and bed linens can be booked for an additional fee per person.
Please note that our house is a smoke-free property and pets are allowed only upon request!

No unregistered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
