The 120 m² apartment on the 1st The floor of a detached country house villa is an ideal holiday home for a relaxing active holiday over the roofs of the picturesque town of Pottenstein. The price shown is for an occupancy of 5 people in the apartment.
The apartment has a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living / dining area. The living area with fireplace and TV. Leather seating area with table. 1 bathroom with toilet, bathtub, separate shower, double sink with cosmetic mirror and hairdryer (towels included).
1 guest toilet with sink.
 2 bedrooms with double bed + 1 double sofa bed in the fireplace room (bed linen included).
Optionally to book (for € 25.00 per person / night) is 1 bedroom with approx. 25 sqm (1 double box spring bed max. 1 extra bed and 1 cot), shower / toilet extra, this is located in the basement along with 6 other sleeping options,
1 double bed in the open space and 2 single beds. There are 1 baby cradle (lockable), 1 cot (70x 140cm), 1 highchair and 1 travel cot. WLAN incl ..
The balcony and the terraces offer a wonderful view over the Franconian Switzerland and the opportunity to enjoy your meals outdoors. Furthermore, you have the garden with a barbecue area incl. Charcoal available. Parking spaces are directly behind the house.

The picturesque climatic health resort of Pottenstein is probably the most beautiful town in Franconian Switzerland and is well known for the largest stalactite cave in Central Europe and the wonderful hiking areas in the grandiose rocky landscape with its streams and fish ponds.
Other attractions - such as the summer toboggan run, the newly renovated outdoor rock pool, mini golf course, tennis courts, indoor pool and the beautiful golf course - not only suitable for professionals - make Pottenstein a popular holiday destination.
Cities such as Nuremberg, Bayreuth or Bamberg are ideal for a day trip (all approx. In 1/2 hours Reachable by car).
Please note: due to the slope and several steps, the apartment is not very suitable for the disabled and small children.
