The Luxury Waterfront Apartment is located in Benalmádena and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and heating in all rooms, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. High chairs and baby cots are also available for free.

Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a balcony from where you can watch the sun rise over the tranquil waters and the big luxury yachts. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a large pool and a garden.

The property is flanked by blue flag beaches just 75 metres away. In the heart of Costa Del Sol it is just 15 minutes away from Malaga airport. It is part of the 4 times awarded "Best Marina of the World" which is under the special protection of the Spanish Government and the EEC. The island is connected to the shore via a Venetian bridge, and it offers pure tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the marinas' restaurants and bars. The general architectural design is very much influenced by Gaudis style with unique columns in the inner gardens and atrium. The whole island is built in the traditions of the famous Marrocan Castles.

Located adjacent are 24 world class international restaurants and varied boutiques and shops which are open 365 days of the year from 8am until 2am at night.

Local activities include swimming, aqua sports, water skiing, boating, tennis, and many world class golf courses.

Pros: We stayed at the apartment on West Island of puerto marina Benalmádena it was absolutely fantastic everything about the holiday was first class the apartment the pictures on web site are exactly as it’s when you walk in you can’t say anymore it’s perfect the roof top is lovely the restaurants on the marina are very good we enjoyed a wide variety of them it was excellent . The bars are very clean and very reasonably priced and not to different to England the beach are very clean with plenty to do and activities to take part in . It’s excellent place to stay and explore the Costa del sol

The owner and colleagues from the off were fantastic to deal with and couldn’t have been more helpful, the apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and it has everything you require for your stay making this feel like a home from home. The location is perfect, close to beaches, restaurants, a supermarket, cab stand - you couldn’t ask for more. We love Benalmádena, we’ll be back again I’m sure and hopefully to this apartment. Pros: We stayed in Sams apartment for 6 nights and it was perfect for us, with 2 kids. The apartment was fully equipped and very clean. The layout was great, with 2 large bedrooms and living area. The kids had plenty of space and the view over the marina was second to none. The pool area on the roof was also very clean and well maintained. The beach, shops and restaurants were a few steps away, so everything was on our doorstep. While suitable for kids, this apartment would also be lovely for a romantic getaway! I will stay here again!

Pros: We stayed in the apartment for a week and were delighted with everything. It’s a beautiful complex, very conveniently located but yet it was quiet and peaceful and felt very safe. We were a family group consisting of two seniors, two 40 somethings and two kids and the holiday suited all of us - we had smart TVs, good WiFi and all of the comforts of home within the apartment, a beautiful pool and seating area on the rooftop and only a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops, bars & restaurants The only fault we found was that you can’t actually sit out on a balcony in the apartment itself, you have to go to the rooftop but it’s not that big an issue as there is plenty of space for sitting & lounging in sun or shade around the pool area
