Supermarket 650 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Playa del Arenal" 1.3 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). Hiking paths: Peñon de Ifach 2.2 km, Sierra de Olta 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise.
