The friendly, 140 square meter, Non smoking apartment has a large (about 38 square meters) bright living room with dining area, a stereo system with USB / MP3 and 40 'LCD satellite / TV with DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Bed linen and towels are available upon request for a fee. 3 cots, 2 high chairs and playpens are provided free of charge on request. A 50m² terrace with barbecue and garden furniture invites you to relax in the summer months. Parking is available on site. The apartment is located on the first floor. Nearby there is a supermarket, where you u. a. in the morning gets fresh bread and the cultural center Seefelder mill with attached café. There is a small restaurant with good food.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage an der Nordsee verbracht. Unterkunft hat alles was wir brauchten gehabt. Kinder waren mit dem vorhandenen Spielzeug und der DVD Auswahl sehr happy. Einkauf haben wir mit Ausflügen verbunden. Vorort ist ein kleiner Laden. Viele Ausflüge in umliegende Städte in ca 15 min schnell erreicht.

Ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und es ist alles da und noch mehr als es üblich ist. Bei Familien mit Kindern im Alter von 2 bis 10 braucht man quasi kein Spielzeug mitnehmen. Es gibt unzählige Bücher, Bausteine und Brettspiele. Eine Vielzahl an Büchern auch für die Erwachsenen ist da. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und die notwendigen Dinge wie Salz, Pfeffer, andere Gewürze, öl etc. sind vorhanden. Die Gegend ist recht schön, aber etwas fahren muss man zum Wasser oder nach Wilhelmshaven oder Bremerhaven.

tolle Wohnung mal Außerhalb der Touri Hotspots

Tolle Ferienwohnung für Familien mit Kindern

Wir haben mit unseren 4 Kindern knapp 9 Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind freundlich. Das Wetter hat bei unserem Besuch nicht immer mitgespielt aber die Wohnung ist groß und mit jeder Menge Büchern und Spielen ausgestattet, so dass auch Regentage gut zu überstehen sind. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in dem kleinen Ort Seefeld. Von dort aus lassen sich aber gut Ausflüge unternehmen und auch die Seefelder Mühle ist definitiv einen Besuch wert.

Die Großfamilie hat Platz

Schöne Tage an der Nordsee

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, schön eingerichtet und sauber gehalten. Leider ist der Eingangsbereich nicht so einladend wie die Wohnung. Der feuchte Geruch und der ziemlich alte Treppenaufgang erschreckt ein wenig beim Betreten.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser tollen und geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation war positiv und zuverlässig. Die Gegend ist schön und es gibt viel zu erleben, z.B. Schwimmendes Moor, Klimahaus Bremerhaven, Jaderpark, Nordsee-Lagune. Wir können den Urlaub dort sehr empfehlen.

Familienurlaub mit 6 Personen

Wir hatten einen positiven Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Diese ist schön geräumig und wohnlich gestaltet. Vor dem Haus stehen zwei Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Badewanne, Dusche, Waschmaschine stehen im Bad zur Verfügung. Schlafzimmer mit Einzel- und Doppelbetten und einem Babybett. Die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine, Backoffen, großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine, sowie eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen/ Ölen zum Kochen. Im Wohnzimmer hat man einen TV, Stereoanlage und Spiele/ DVD zur Unterhaltung zur Verfügung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dieser Ferienwohnung!

Entspannter Kurzurlaub

Wir haben mit den Großeltern und unseren beiden Kindern einen schönen Urlaub in Seefeld verbracht. Morgens konnte man zu Fuß zum Dorfsupermarkt und das notwendige einkaufen. Danach haben wir immer einen kleinen Abstecher zum Spielplatz gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über die vielen Bücher, Spielsachen und Spiele gefreut. Sie haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Ausflüge ist ein Auto notwendig.

Erholsame Auszeit

Wir haben als 6-köpfige Familie die Herbstferien in dieser Ferienunterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die geräumige Wohnung ist mit vielen Büchern, Kasetten, Cds und Spielen für jede Altersgruppe ausgestattet. Auch für einen Filmeabend findet man eine nicht geringe Anzahl an DVDs vor Ort vor. Die Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung wirkt hell und gemütlich. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht, z.B. geführte Wattwanderung in Tossens, Seefelder Mühle, Backfischessen in Fedderwardersiel, Preußeneck in Eckwarderhörne, Burhave, Spaziergänge in den Salzwiesen und im schwimmenden Moor, Bremerhaven, Rastede, div. Hofläden, Museum des ältesten Kaufhauses der Umgebung u.v.m. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge vollstens weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns sehr gut erholt.

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber zum Wohlfühlen. Für Familien mit Kindern ist sehr viel vorhanden ( von Spielsachen bis zum gefüllten Wickeltisch. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet wir haben eigentlich nichts vermisst. Nicht so Positiv: Die Wohnung ist zwar nur im ersten Stock, allerdings ist die Treppe sehr steil und lang. Die Mobel

Sehr ordentliche, saubere und schöne Wohnung. Abgelegenes Örtchen aber super Zentral gelegen. Zudem eine sehr kinderfreundliche Wohnung. War viel Spielzeug da :-) Wir fanden es sehr schön und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
