This 103 m² property features a living room with two sofa beds (one for one person, one for two), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms (the master bedroom overlooks the pool), a bathroom with shower, an extra toilet, and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV with DVD player, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dryer, and a game console. A baby cot is also available.



Outside, enjoy a heated pool with six sun loungers, a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a plancha, and an outdoor shower. A pétanque court is also available. Beautiful villa with an amazing pool

Beautiful villa with an amazing pool. The villa was spotless and was incredibly well equipped in the kitchen. The pool area, outdoor shower and petanque area were all fantastic. Providing bikes to ride around the lake to the local beaches was a great addition and Mimizan is only a short drive away. The hosts were absolutely lovely, helpful and welcoming, with a lovely welcoming pack on arrival! All in all a great holiday!
