SCHLECHT! Leider sehr verwohnt. Steckdosenabdeckungen fehlen. Überall ist es staubig und schmuddelig. Im Waschbecken waren noch Essensreste. Das Handtuch war muffig, im Bettlaken waren Löcher. Die Kaffeedose zerbeuelt. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig. Alles in allem ein schlechter Allgemeinzustand, der nicht zum wohlfühlen einlädt. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und haben viel zu viel Geld bezahlt.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war allerdings sehr freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos. Um noch etwas positives zu sagen.

Wir waren während der Gamescom vor Ort – in dieser Zeit sind die Preise natürlich generell etwas höher. Dennoch steht das, was wir hier für über 200 für zwei Nächte erhalten haben, in keinem Verhältnis.1. Duschen war nur eingeschränkt möglich, da kaum Wasserdruck vorhanden war und die Regulierung zwischen warm und kalt sehr schwierig war.2. Das Badezimmer ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig.3. Im Wohn-/Schlaf-/Essbereich gibt es eine Deckenlampe mit integriertem Lüfter. Dieser ließ sich nicht ausschalten, war sehr laut, und so musste man sich entscheiden: entweder mit dem Lärm leben oder im Dunkeln sitzen.4. Fernsehen war nicht möglich, da lediglich Streamingdienste wie Netflix angeboten wurden. Mit einer Internetgeschwindigkeit von nur 3–4 Mbit/s war das jedoch kaum nutzbar.Insgesamt leider ein enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Vielen Dank für die Info. Wenn Sie sich direkt während Ihres Aufenthaltes gemeldet hätten, hätte ich einen Wohnungswechsel vorschlagen können und die Mängel abstellen können. Der Wasserdruck wurde getestet und war völlig in Ordnung. Die Renovierung das des Bades habe ich in die Wege geleitet. Der Ventilator ist sehr wohl über die Fernbenienung auszuschalten. Das streamen ist wichtig da auch ausländische Kunden fersehen möchten.
