This bright, newly refreshed private studio puts you less than a mile from Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium and about a mile from historic downtown Annapolis — walk to the game, then head down West Street for dinner. The studio is an attached apartment within a single-family home, but you'll have it completely to yourself: private entrance, dedicated parking spot, and nothing shared.

Open studio layout with a queen bed. Sleeps 2. Fresh linens provided.
BATHROOM
One full bathroom with a renovated tiled walk-in shower. Stocked with towels, soap, shampoo.
KITCHENETTE
Equipped for light cooking: portable induction cooktop with skillet and saucepan, microwave with air fryer function, mini fridge, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, plus dishes, utensils, cups, and mugs. A café table seats 2.
LIVING AREA
A separate seating area with a full-size couch, leather lounge chairs, and a Roku TV — log in to your own streaming accounts. A bay window keeps the space bright all day.

Free parking for 1 car in the dedicated off-street spot.
