Cosy Altbau apartment in the city centre

The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped and tastefully furnished to match the Art Nouveau building. We have paid special attention to the beds, because you can enjoy your stay only if you start the day well rested. In the kitchen everything is then ready for an aromatic cup of coffee. After a long day you can end the evening comfortably in the apartment with Wifi and TV connection.

The flat has 1 large living room + bedroom + kitchen + bathroom. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa couch-bed and has a flat screen TV, desk and storage facilities. In the adjoining bedroom there is a solid wood double bed (1.6m) with a high-quality mattress. Of course, the bedroom can also be darkened. The kitchen-dinner room has a seating area and modern kitchen (incl. dishwasher, modern cooking and baking set, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as basic kitchen utensils).

If you wish a cleaning during your stay we can offer this for a very fair 49Eur.
