The property was very nice and well-kept and was convenient to public transportation. Any questions I had were promptly responded to. Overall, a really good experience. The biggest negative was the check-in and check-out process. The check-in instructions were not clear. Fortunately, somebody else who had had the same problem saw my confusion and helped me out. Furthermore, obtaining the key fob involved opening a combination lock box, in my case, in the dark.
You need a key from a lock box but there are probably 50 lock boxes so that was stressful finding the correct one. You should park where the lock boxes are: I wish I knew that ahead of time. Once we got inside and settled in, it was fine, but I hate the stress of where the key is and parking! The towels are pretty cheap and there are no coffee grounds for the coffee maker (not a complaint, just remember to bring your own!). The couch is not at all comfortable but the bed was good! Overall not bad, but I think I’ll do a hotel next time.
