A private premier luxury waterfront estate. The property is a 2-minute walk from the Hamilton Princess and a 10-minute walk from downtown Hamilton, with numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops to explore.
The three main bedrooms are upstairs, each with spectacular views over the bay. The house was designed with entertainment and entertaining in mind. Two powder rooms are located at each end of the house on the ground floor. A bar has easy access to the pool and patio.
