Pool Care:

Our pool is professionally cleaned and regularly maintained. Due to Arizona’s desert climate, some dust or leaves may naturally fall into the pool between cleanings, which is normal for the area. For your convenience, we’ve provided a pool net for guest use if needed.

To keep everyone protected, guests can choose one of the following options before check-in:

$250 refundable credit card hold, released after checkout pending inspection, or

$50 non-refundable damage waiver, covering minor accidental damages.
