At the nearby Kiel Canal (4 km), you can watch international shipping traffic, including various luxury cruise ships. Right in Haby, you’ll find the country inn “Haby-Krog,” which serves regional cuisine and vegetarian/vegan dishes. In the Lehmsieck district, you’ll find the inn of the same name, serving home-style dishes.
